Schedule: Temporary, Project-Based | 1st Shift (Day Shift)

Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support a variety of warehouse, production, and project-based assignments in the Costa Mesa and Santa Ana areas.

This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with physical work, lifting, and working in fast-paced environments, and are looking for immediate work opportunities with potential for long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks to support warehouse and production operations
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Perform heavy lifting as required throughout the shift
• Support project-based work as assigned by supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs consistently
• Ability to stand for extended periods (prolonged standing)
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Warehouse, production, outdoor, or project-based job sites
• Physical role requiring lifting, standing, and repetitive movement
