Swing Machine Operator - Extrusion

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with room to grow? We're hiring a Swing Shift Extruder Operator to help produce high-quality plastic products, monitor production equipment, and keep operations running smoothly throughout the shift.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to ensure efficient production
• Load raw materials into production equipment and maintain material flow
• Perform quality checks on finished products and document results
• Monitor machine settings and make minor adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and notify supervisors of larger concerns
• Package, label, and move finished products to designated areas
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
