An established assisted living facility located in Gresham, OR, committed to providing exceptional care in a safe, comfortable environment, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our client’s dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, ensuring everything is in working order for our residents.
• Work Orders: Respond to maintenance requests promptly, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
• Janitorial Duties: Assist with light janitorial tasks, ensuring all common areas remain clean and welcoming.
• Groundskeeping: Assist with keeping the exterior areas of the property tidy, including landscaping and minor exterior repairs.
• Safety Inspections: Ensure that all areas meet safety standards and proactively identify and address any hazards.
• On-call Availability: On occasion, be available for emergency maintenance issues outside of regular hours.

Pay Rate: $20–$24/HR, based on experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
