Express Employment Professionals has partnered with an outdoor retreat company seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cabin Cleaning Specialist to join their team. As a Cabin Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every cabin is impeccably cleaned and prepared for every guest's arrival. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards will contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences.

What you get to do: 

• Perform deep cleaning of cabins to ensure they are spotless and ready for new arrivals.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls, to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Make beds with fresh linens, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
• Clean bathrooms, including sanitizing toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors.
• Clean kitchen areas, including wiping countertops, cleaning appliances, and washing dishes.
• Vacuum and mop floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from cabins, ensuring proper disposal and replacement.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any inventory needs.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

What you need to be successful: 

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a specified timeframe.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure cabins are ready before guest check-ins.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company.
