Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Assistant who is open to overseeing properties in the Odessa/Elmira, NY area.

 

A qualified candidate would have the following:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Drivers License 
• 2-5 years of maintenance or construction experience. Associate should have a strong understanding of the construction trades, including carpentry, electrical and plumbing. Responsibilities include providing repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial and residential properties.

This is a long-term temporary position with a possibility of transitioning into a full time permeant position.

 

Work schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Pay rate is $18 depending on experience.
