  • Tidy and clean shared amenities and office spaces
  • Power wash outdoor areas, decks, or walkways as needed
  • Hitch and tow trailers using a gas-powered golf cart (training provided)
  • Iron and fold sheets and linens as part of laundry duties
  • Assist with general upkeep and presentation of the property

Requirements:

  • Verifiable experience in a housekeeping role
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
