Position Overview:

As an Employment Specialist, you will help connect job seekers with available jobs, supervise small teams of employees, qualify applications, and schedule interviewing appointments.

$18-$20 an hour 

Responsibilities:

• Recruits, interviews, and screens job candidates to fill existing and future job openings for various clients
• Responsible for entry-level and experienced recruiting efforts to include all aspects of the hiring process
• Making critical judgments based on information gathered through the interview process
• Maintains necessary documentation for the company's computer system
• Taking job orders from clients over the phone and in person

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in Recruiting, HR, or related field (preferred)
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to build strong personal relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrate ability to maintain strict confidentiality sufficient to handling sensitive employment issues
