Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00am- 2:30pm

Job Overview: The Receiving Specialist will play a crucial role in our operations by ensuring that all incoming materials and products are received, inspected, and documented accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

- Receive incoming materials and products and verify that they match the purchase orders

- Inspect all incoming materials and products for damage, defects, or other issues

- Document and report any issues with incoming materials or products to the appropriate department

- Label and store incoming materials and products in their designated locations

- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory database as needed

- Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment

- Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and report issues with incoming materials and products

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
