Salary: $15.25-$16.25

Hours are from 4p-1a. 

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our team on second shift. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble products according to company specifications
  • Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Meet daily production goals and deadlines
  • Report any equipment issues or defects to supervisors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus (but not required)
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to [30–50 lbs] for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
