Shifts: Overnight/Early Morning (Hours vary based on project needs)

We are looking for a reliable and motivated construction to join our indoor prefab team with an employee owned company. This role is ideal for individuals who care about work culture, have good work ethic and have the desire to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• General labor | Laying Rebar

• Overhead crane operation 

• Assist with general production and build crew tasks as needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on occasion

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple production tasks

• Must be able to read instructions and schematics
