We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Downline Production Operator to join our team on third shift. In this role, you will support the packaging, labeling, inspection, and preparation of finished products for shipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is committed to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor downline packaging equipment (conveyors, case packers, labelers, etc.)
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging
• Pack, stack, and prepare products for shipping and distribution
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards)
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to work overnight/third shift consistently
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [40–50 lbs] throughout the shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
