Landscape Maintenance Technician

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lawn Care technician. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors, and can operate independently while delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Perform landscaping duties including planting, mulching, edging, trimming, weeding, and general property maintenance.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure an attractive appearance.
• Remove debris and keep properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete assigned properties on schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Inspect and care for equipment to prevent damage and ensure safe operation.
• Maintain professional job sites free of hazards and safety concerns.

What Success Looks Like:

• All assigned properties are completed on time with consistent quality
• Routes are completed independently with minimal supervision
• Equipment and property are maintained without damage
• Strong time management and efficient workflow across multiple job sites

Qualifications:

• Must be Billingual in Spanish and English 
• 1+ years of landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, construction, agriculture, or other outdoor labor experience.
• Experience performing planting, mulching, edging, trimming, weeding, and general property maintenance.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality property standards.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and dig throughout the workday.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, and cold temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment for prolonged periods.
