Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable General Laborer/Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for locating, organizing, and preparing materials for orders while ensuring products are accurately grouped and ready for transportation.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Material Handling

Locate and gather materials based on customer or production orders.
Prepare and organize materials for scheduled shipments.
Ensure orders are accurately grouped and staged.
Move and transport materials throughout the facility.
Assist with loading and unloading activities as needed.

Warehouse Support

Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
Verify materials and orders for accuracy.
Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
Assist team members with daily operational needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or labor experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to safely move and organize materials.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
