Job Title: Formation Associate (Warehouse / Forklift / Loader)

We are currently hiring a Formation Associate for a local battery manufacturing company in St. Joseph, MO. This position plays a key role in warehouse operations and requires strong forklift skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently

• Load, move, and stage materials within the warehouse

• Support formation and production processes

• Ensure accurate handling and placement of materials

• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Previous stand-up forklift experience is required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Dependable and safety-conscious work habits
