Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Insurance Service Specialist to join their team in the Athens, TX area!

 

Pay: $16 per hour

Hours: M-F 8:30 to 5:00

Location: Athens, Texas

 

Job Duties Include:

• General office tasks such as answering the phones, greeting people and filing
• Assisting with follow up activities on new and changed policies
• Claim submission and follow up, billing issues, issuing insurance binders and certificates of insurance
• Daily deposits, mail runs, supplies & office equipment
• Calling for appointment reminders
• Direct calls to other lines of insurance to set appointments for Sales Specialist

Required Skills Include:

• Must be able to provide prompt and friendly interactions with accurate information regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
• Both Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Licenses must be obtained and kept in good standing to work and remain in the industry
• Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude & strong customer service skills, and must have the ability to work with the public
