We are looking for a Controller that will manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and reliability across accounting, budgeting, and reporting activities. This leadership role supports organizational growth by delivering clear financial insights and maintaining compliance with regulations. Candidates must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to financial integrity.

Job Duties

• Oversee accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Develop internal controls and financial procedures.
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Provide financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
