The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, with strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.

Job Description

As a Mechanical / Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You’ll work closely with maintenance and production teams to identify issues, repair machinery, and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on industrial machinery

• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules

• Diagnose equipment malfunctions using testing tools and technical manuals

• Install, wire, and calibrate motors, sensors, and control systems

• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machine performance

• Maintain maintenance logs and document all repairs and parts used

• Adhere to all safety regulations and company maintenance standards

Requirements

✅ Experience – 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
✅ Education – Technical certification or associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance (preferred)
✅ Skills – Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems
✅ Technical – Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and use diagnostic equipment
✅ Physical Ability – Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production setting
✅ Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)
