Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Laborer for a hands‑on role supporting demolition, cleanup, and site preparation projects.

Position: Laborer

Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Part‑time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours vary by project)
Location: Flathead Valley + occasional out‑of‑town travel

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with demolition and site preparation activities
  • Handle materials and perform general job‑site cleanup
  • Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment
  • Work efficiently as part of a small team
  • Travel to local and occasional out‑of‑town job sites
  • Wear a respirator when required (fit test required)

What You Bring

  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to pass a respirator fit test (clean‑shaven except mustache/goatee that fits within seal)

Experience

  • Entry‑level—no experience required
  • Construction or site cleanup experience is a plus

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work on ladders and in varying job‑site environments
  • Willingness to travel out of town for up to one week at a time
