Your Day-to-Day:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers with shipping and packaging questions
Suggest the best shipping options and packing materials to protect their items
Prepare and process outgoing packages efficiently
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and customer-ready
What We’re Seeking:
Friendly, clear communicator with solid customer service skills
Basic knowledge of shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS experience a bonus!)
Availability to work between 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Saturday
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stay on your feet
