Express Employment of Long Beach is hiring a receptionist for a local property management company in Long Beach to provides office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. 

POSITION – Receptionist for Property Management Company
LOCATION:  Long Beach, CA
RATE: $18.00 - $20.00/hr. 

Work Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Answering heavy volume of incoming calls

-Assisting clients and residents on the phone and in person

-Directing calls to appropriate associates

-Handle flow of email correspondence

-Filing paperwork

-Processing work orders

-Opening and sending mail

-Photocopying

-Fax distribution

-Assisting upper management as needed

 

Required Education and Experience 

Receptionist or similar field of experience, prefer 3 years
High school diploma or GED

Proficient in Word and Excel

Work independently and with team

Fast paced environment
