Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a RELIABLE and ENERGETIC Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet area, ensuring that all food items are fresh and properly stocked, and cleaning up the area after breakfast service. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work early morning shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast buffet area according to established guidelines and standards
• Stock food items, plates, utensils, and beverages as needed throughout breakfast service
• Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and at the correct temperature
• Assist guests with any questions or requests related to breakfast service
• Clean and maintain the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment, and removing trash and dirty dishes
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate manager

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service setting preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must adhere to grooming and dress code standards
