Job Description:

We are seeking a Line Leader to oversee a full line of equipment and lead a team of 3-4 production workers while ensuring all production paperwork is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and run a full line of packaging equipment.
• Lead and direct production workers effectively.
• Complete necessary production paperwork.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and proper use of PPE.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in packaging and production.
• Leadership: Line lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Basic mathematics skills and understanding of scales.
  • Excellent people skills; able to work well with others.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to multitask.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours.
