Shift: M-F, 8A–5P
Pay: $55-65K
Where: East side of Indianapolis

Duties

• Conduct HR Advising and consulting to customers
• Administer workers’ compensation plans
• Provide Guidance on HRIS as subject matter expert and competitive practices for customer implementation
• Research compensation data for clients using existing tool and assist in the creation of total compensation reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR-related experience; experience in multiple industries preferred
• Customer Service Oriented
• Knowledge of HRIS and can work well within different software’s
• Microsoft Office Suites experience
