Position: Powersport Technician

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (occasional Saturdays required)
Location: Flathead Valley
Compensation: Flat‑rate pay + annual performance increases, tool incentives, and bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Learn and apply new diagnostic tools, technologies, and service procedures
  • Operate electronic diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
  • Test‑drive vehicles and evaluate system performance
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
  • Support the service team and assist with additional tasks as needed

What You Bring

  • General repair and maintenance experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • A, B, or C‑level technician experience preferred
  • Own tools preferred (tool incentive program available)
  • Strong customer service and basic computer skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
  • Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Frequent standing, bending, and use of hand and power tools
