Job Title: Restoration Tech

Salary: $20 - 25.00 + DOE / Hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift 7:00am-3:30pm

We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning properties, removing debris, and beginning repairs. Additionally, they will perform water damage repair, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition as directed by their supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and restore properties to their pre-damaged condition.
• Remove debris and begin repairs as needed.
• Perform water damage repair, including water extraction and pack-out of contents.
• Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials.
• Perform light construction and demolition as directed by their supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work 1x a month on call and be paid for on-call time, regardless of whether you work or not.
