The Bilingual Call Center Representative will assist customers by phone, email, and chat, providing support in both English and another target language. Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in English and a second language.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Document customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Resolve issues or escalate as needed to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all communication.
  • Meet performance metrics related to quality and efficiency.
  • Assist with outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
  • Uphold company policies and confidentiality standards.
