Located in Parsippany, NJ

Salary: $18-20

Call Center Representative 

Location: Cedar Knolls, NJ

Pay: $16/Hour  - $16.50/hr if bilingual 

Hours: Different shifts available 

Responsibilities:

· Familiarity with client resource management or crisis referral helpline software systems (iCarol preferred)
· Demonstrate a positive, professional, collaborative team style
· Problem solving skills
· Reliable

Qualifications:

· Strong written and oral communication skills
· AIRS Certified a plus
· Bilingual a plus
· Familiarity with cloud telephony software systems (Five9 preferred)
· 1 year Call Center or Social Services experience with demonstrated knowledge of community resources
