A growing Springfield manufacturing company is hiring an Industrial Janitor / Manufacturing Cleaner to support daily operations and maintain a clean, safe production environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on work in an industrial setting.

Pay & Schedule

• $17.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday day shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Optional overtime available

Industrial Janitor Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the manufacturing floor
• Clean industrial equipment and machines
• Dispose of manufacturing materials and waste safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the shift
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and getting dirty
• Experience with hand tools preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
