Salary: $19.00 - $21.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/HR

Duties:

  • Assemble lawn mowers, snow blowers, and other outdoor power equipment using hand tools and air tools.
  • Follow digital assembly instructions and blueprints displayed on computer monitors.
  • Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and metal components according to specifications.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
  • Operate equipment and tools required to perform assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Consistently report to work on time and maintain dependable attendance.

Qualifications: 

  • Previous mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing assembly experience required.
  • Ability to use hand tools and air tools safely and effectively.
  • Comfortable reading and following assembly instructions and blueprints on a computer screen.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based production environment.
  • Ability to learn new assembly processes and procedures quickly
