Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Collector to join a professional team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, have strong typing skills, and be confident communicating in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients regarding outstanding accountsNegotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitmentsMaintain accurate records of all communications and transactionsPerform data entry and documentation with a high level of accuracyProvide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong math skills and attention to detailProficient typing and basic computer skillsPrevious collections or customer service experience preferredAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
