📦 Job Opportunity: Packaging Associate – Join Our Team! 🍬

🗓️ Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (hours will change in April)

⏰ Overtime: Possible from late August to November
💵 Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
💼 Employment Type: Temporary with potential to transition to full-time
👕 Dress Code: T-shirt, tennis shoes, and jeans

About the Role: We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our packaging team in the candy production industry! As a Production Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring products are properly packaged and ready for distribution. This is an active, fast-paced job with plenty of team collaboration, opportunities for overtime, and potential to grow into a full-time role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lift up to 35 lbs. boxes 5-6 times per hour
• Stand on your feet for the majority of the day
• Accurately place candy into plastic containers and boxes
• Transport candy from production tables to the packing area
• Load candy onto a conveyor belt and catch it at the end
• Tape boxes securely and keep the workspace organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to maintain a clean work area
• No peanut or coconut allergies
• Team player willing to help out wherever needed
• Ability to lift moderate weight consistently

Skills and Qualities:

• Good hand speed for packaging candy
• Reliability and excellent attendance
• Teamwork and flexibility in handling various tasks

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 35 lbs. multiple times per hour
