                                           Evaluation to Hire Position 

Position Summary: The position produces quality polymer products in a safe and timely manner by operating various tools and equipment to complete different job functions based on pre-determined schedule. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

(Critical) Demonstrates Willingness to take direction and follows instruction

(Critical) Adheres to schedule and maintains regular attendance at work-site. Work overtime as assigned. 

(Critical) Maintains a safe and clean work environment, returns all tools after use to proper storage location, and performs routine housekeeping (i.e. cleaning, organizing). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Identifies unsafe working conditions and notifies supervisor.

(Critical) Advises supervisor of any issues after daily inspections of the equipment and forms are completed. 

(Critical) Performs a variety of production duties including but not limited to: setting up the forms of pre-pour inspections, removing excess polymer concrete, and cleaning forms; installing the correct components; un-clipping forms by hand to prepare for stripping operations; and securing proper lifting apparatus for stripping different products.

(Critical) Recognizes whether the product is set up properly, sets up the form as indicated in the production drawing with correct bill of materials; makes indicated modifications to the set-up as necessary.

(Critical) Pours polymer concrete into form ensuring the components such as woven roving and fiber-mat are set correctly. 

Physical Requirement & Personal Protective Equipment:

Must be able to lift up to 50 Pounds 

Must have Steel Toed Boots
