Inside the Toyota Plant – Georgetown, KY

Looking for a full-time, stable job with competitive pay and great benefits? We’re hiring Resource Recycling Associates to support recycling operations inside the Toyota plant.

Pay Rates:
Resource Department
• 1st Shift: $18.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $19.43/hr

Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: 5:15 PM – 2:00 AM

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Handling recyclable materials such as plastic, cardboard, and other non-metal materials
• Collecting carts, bins, and containers from designated plant areas
• Transporting recyclables to proper processing locations
• Sorting and staging recyclable materials
• Documenting material pulls and tracking loads
• Maintaining clean work areas following 5S standards
• Following all safety and environmental procedures
• Assisting other departments as needed

This role does not involve metal or aluminum materials.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Heavy equipment experience preferred
• Clean background required

• Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions
• PPE required (hard hat, gloves, safety shoes, safety glasses)
