We are is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cable Assembler to join our team in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electrical cables and harnesses according to company specifications and industry standards. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electrical cables, wire harnesses, and related components following technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Strip, crimp, solder, and terminate wires using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and completed work.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues as needed.
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in cable assembly, electrical assembly, or a similar role preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Proficient in using hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of electrical principles is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
