About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position involves assembling electrical and mechanical components with varying designs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies
• Work with standard designs having frequent variations in detail, number of parts, and wiring patterns
• Position and fasten parts according to knowledge of the unit or following blueprints
• Mount components on bodies or panels
• Prepare, install, and connect wiring harnesses to terminals
• Utilize assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, samples, and prototypes
• Troubleshoot assembly issues as they arise

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings
• Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly
• Troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work with varying wiring patterns and component configurations
