Electrical Assembler

Full-Time Position | $17/Hour | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Springfield, OH

Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll build electrical and mechanical assemblies with varying designs and specifications, working from blueprints and technical documentation to create quality products. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys precise assembly work and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

You'll assemble electrical and mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and complete units according to specifications. Your work involves positioning and fastening parts based on your knowledge of the assembly or by following detailed blueprints. You'll mount components onto bodies or panels, prepare and install wiring harnesses, and connect wiring to terminals following proper procedures.

Working with assembly drawings, diagrams, specifications, samples, and prototypes, you'll adapt to standard designs that have frequent variations in detail, number of parts, and wiring patterns. When assembly challenges arise, you'll troubleshoot issues to identify solutions and keep production moving efficiently.

What You'll Need

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical/mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical specifications
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical assembly work
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve assembly issues
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in assembly work
• Adaptability to work with varying wiring patterns and component configurations

What We Offer

Compensation: $17/hour

Schedule: Consistent first shift hours, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
