One of the country’s largest high-volume steel processing companies is looking for committed individuals to join their team! As a Metal Bander, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that metal components and products are securely banded and prepared for shipping or further processing.

Responsibilities:

• Tape the steel to get it ready for shipment
• Cleaning the workstation when there’s downtime.
• Properly preparing the units
• Placing the unit tags and cover sheets

Schedule and Pay: 

• Thurs 1:00am-7:00am, Thurs-Sat 7:00pm-7:00am
• $16.00/hour

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Needs to multi-task and have good attention to detail
• Constant kneeling, walking and standing.
• Steel toed shoes or boots
• Drug test
