Light Weight Packaging Specialist

Located in tigard, OR

We are looking for Packaging Associates to join our team. As a packager you will be preparing order shipments and processing returns to be sent back to a distributer. Attention to detail is important for this position so you are allowed to listen to headphones while on the floor. We find this helps improve concentration and make the job more enjoyable for you!

This job involves making and breaking down boxes when needed, using tape adhesives, and occasionally using light hand tools when needed. If this sounds like the job for you please apply and we will reach out to you as soon as possible, we look forward to speaking with you!

Responsibilities

• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage.
• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.
• Identify and dispose of defective items.
• Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, etc.
• Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean work area.
