This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with tire service experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, mounting, balancing, repairing, rotating, and replacing tires while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and install tires on passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers, and commercial equipment.
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, punctures, and safety concerns.
• Repair flat tires and perform tire maintenance services.
• Remove and replace wheels and tires using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Operate tire changers, balancing machines, air tools, hydraulic jacks, and lifts safely and efficiently.
• Check and adjust tire pressure according to manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with basic vehicle inspections and identify potential tire-related issues.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders as required.
• Load, unload, and organize tire inventory and shop supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company and client safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous tire service or automotive experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tire mounting, balancing, repair, and rotation procedures.
• Familiarity with tire service equipment and automotive tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull tires weighing up to 75 pounds or more.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and work on concrete surfaces throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
