Are you a skilled maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs? We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team and help keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and mechanical components
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repairs, rebuilds, and machine overhauls
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and robotic work cells
• Disassemble, repair, lubricate, and reassemble industrial equipment according to specifications
• Perform fabrication work including cutting, welding, and material modifications
• Assist in implementing production and productivity improvements
• Maintain accurate preventive maintenance records and documentation
• Support production teams by resolving equipment-related issues quickly and safely
• Source replacement parts and maintenance supplies using vendor and internet resources
• Operate forklifts as needed to transport equipment, parts, and materials
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-secondary training in maintenance, electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, plumbing, or related technical disciplines required
• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
• Experience working with PLC systems and automated equipment preferred
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain maintenance records

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated platform heights
• Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
• Continuous lifting of up to 25 pounds during an 8-hour shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Working Environment

• Manufacturing and production facility
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial working conditions
• Required PPE includes steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other protective equipment as needed
