Located in Menasha, WI

Salary: $18.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

Pay: $18.00/HR

Duties:

Apply powder coating or dip paint finishes to parts according to production specifications and quality standards.
Prepare parts for painting by masking, taping, hanging, and staging components.
Remove masking materials and inspect finished parts after the coating process.
Load and unload parts from paint lines, racks, and coating equipment.
Palletize finished products and prepare them for packaging and shipment.
Perform visual quality inspections to ensure proper coverage, finish, and appearance.
Maintain paint line equipment, workstations, and production areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
Support other production and manufacturing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous powder coating, industrial painting, paint line, finishing, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training provided.
Experience with masking, taping, hanging, and handling production parts is a plus.
Ability to follow work instructions and quality requirements.
Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, and move parts throughout the workday.
