Rack Maintenance

Salary: $16.00/HR

Rack Maintenance Job Summary: An expanding manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Rack Maintenance team member for their organization. This is a physical position lifting racks that weigh 15-50 lbs continuously on a moving line. The Rack Maintenance Team Member is also responsible for storing and transporting racks while not in use.

Rack Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Reading work instructions to ensure the appropriate racks are selected
• Communicating with coworkers during change-overs
• Lifting paint rack systems on and off an automated paint line

Schedule & Pay: 

• 3^rd Shift 9:50pm-6:00am with OT working up to 7 days a week
• $16.00/HR

Rack Maintenance Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience with demonstrated longevity in a previous position is highly preferred. 
• Candidates must be able to read and interpret work orders and lift 15-50 lbs continuously.
