Are you an experienced CNC Operator looking for a stable full-time opportunity with a 3-day weekend most weeks? We are seeking dependable professionals with experience operating CNC lathes and machining centers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $18 + DOE 
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: As needed on Fridays

CNC Operator Responsibilities

• Operate multiple CNC Turning Centers and Vertical Machining Centers
• Work with intricate tooling and close-tolerance machining applications
• Change tooling as needed to maintain part quality and production efficiency
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
• Use precision measuring instruments including:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Optical Comparators
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Maintain required production rates and quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and monitoring
• Document inspection results and production information accurately

CNC Operator Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2–5 years of CNC machining experience on lathes or mills
• CNC programming experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience manufacturing precision parts to tight tolerances
• Ability to follow detailed processing and quality instructions
• Proficiency using inspection equipment and quality measurement tools
• Strong mathematical skills including ratios, percentages, and basic calculations
• Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance
