Job Title: Warehouse Assistant (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role with a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to build warehouse and logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare parts accurately to fulfill customer and internal orders
• Package items for shipment according to company standards
• Obtain freight quotes and assist with shipping logistics
• Perform local pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle
• Load and unload incoming trucks and shipments
• Track and distribute incoming inventory and backordered items
• Assist with inventory organization, tracking, and quarterly counts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Experience reading and interpreting packing slips
• Knowledge of proper packaging methods and basic shipping calculations
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Equipment Used:

• Forklift and pallet jack
• Standard office equipment
• Power tools and basic hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
