We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong work history and hands‑on manufacturing experience.
Machine Setup & Operation — Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
Batch Quality Verification — Ensure all batches meet required specifications.
LOTO Safety Compliance — Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures when clearing jams or shutting down equipment.
Troubleshooting & Escalation — Shut down equipment and notify a supervisor when blockages occur.
Daily Documentation — Complete all required production paperwork accurately.
Plate & Tooling Verification — Confirm correct plates and tooling are installed.
Product Quality Checks — Verify product weight, size, and appearance meet standards.
Machine Operation Experience — Prior experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
Production Background — General production or assembly experience is helpful.
Strong Work History — Consistent employment and reliable attendance are essential.
