Financial Controller - Manufacturing Experience

Salary: $100,000.00+

Manufacturing Financial Controller 

 

• Oversee and supervise Financial Team of five or more employees
• Work with ownership closely
• Cost accounting experience
• Financial reporting
• Monthly reports 
• Oversee payroll for staff of 75-100 employees
• Experience working with multiple entities 
• Oversee all financial aspects of AR, AP, Taxes, Income Statements, Cash Flow
• Sales analysis, commission reports, customer rebates
• Hire and train team members as needed
• Maintain excellent third-party relationships with banks, lenders, vendors, customers 
• Create cost management plans, resource allocations, financial planning 

Skills & Experience

• Accounting experience in Manufacturing environment preferred 
• Microsoft Office 
• ERP Software Experience - SAP, SAGE, Dynamics, Epicore
