Construction Project Manager (Technology-Focused)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who understands both construction operations and how technology can improve project efficiency, estimating, and bid success. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage projects, oversee field teams, and implement technology-driven processes that increase productivity and win more bids.

While this is primarily a management role, the successful candidate should be willing to assist with construction work when needed to support the team and keep projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion.

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.

• Improve estimating and bidding processes using construction technology and software.

• Identify and implement tools that increase bid accuracy, efficiency, and win rates.

• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Step in to assist with field work when necessary to support project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management or project management experience.

• Strong understanding of construction estimating, bidding, and project execution.

• Experience using construction management software and technology solutions.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to read plans, manage schedules, and coordinate multiple priorities.

• Willingness to perform hands-on construction work when needed.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with estimating software, project management platforms, or CRM systems.

• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction.

• Ability to identify opportunities to streamline operations through technology.

• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
