• Applicant Tracking/ Recruiting.
• Process drug screens and background checks.
• Complete onboarding process of new employee’s application and related paperwork including W-4, I-9 and E-Verify.
• Administer bi-weekly payroll and for hourly, salaried and commissioned employees.
• Administer benefits including health, dental, vision, supplemental, and 401(k).
• Maintain/Audit personnel files ensuring timely and accurate records.
• Process and maintain employee leave time.
• Handle internal inquiries, complaints, injuries, and workers compensation.
• Conduct exit interviews, report personnel issues, and resolve personnel matters, as appropriate or assigned.
• Assist in drafting and updating the company’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
• Assist in structuring and organizing training plans and programs.
• Track due dates of performance and compensation evaluations including 60 day, quarterly, and annual.
• Maintain working knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee and workplace privacy.
• Assign and maintain security system access codes.
• Carry out necessary administrative duties.
• Other duties and projects as required or assigned.

Requirements:

3 years of HR experience - payroll, benefits, and hiring/onboarding of employees

Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
