Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Leasing Agent to join a local company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
Show apartments and community amenities to prospective tenants
File paperwork and assist with administrative leasing tasks
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Support the leasing office with day-to-day operations
Prior customer service experience is required
Friendly, outgoing, and professional communication skills
Must be available to work Saturdays
Ability to learn quickly and follow office procedures
Previous experience in leasing or property management is a plus, but not required
