Express Employment Professionals is partnering with the City of Red Wing to hire an Incinerator / Recycling Pick‑Up Associate. This hands-on role supports recycling operations by sorting materials in the demobay.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00pm

Pay:
$15.00/hour
Weekly paychecks every Friday

Responsibilities:
• Hand-sort recyclable materials
• Assist with recycling and pick-up operations
• Lift and move materials up to 60 lbs regularly
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Work Environment:
• Industrial recycling setting
• Hot, smelly, and physically demanding at times
• Year-round work in all seasons

Qualifications:
• Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Reliable and safety-minded
• Comfortable with hands-on, labor-intensive work
• No prior experience required - training provided
