What You’ll Do

• Perform commercial, janitorial, and light construction clean‑up
• Clean bathrooms, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and empty trash cans
• Polish woodwork, wipe down tables, scrub toilets, and wash windows
• Use mops, brooms, buckets, and vacuums to maintain clean, safe facilities
• Arrive on time to the client location and complete assigned cleaning tasks
• Work independently while maintaining high cleaning standards

• A strong eye for detail and pride in doing quality work

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, climb, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform repetitive movements
• Experience in cleaning or service environments is helpful but not required—training provided during your first week
